Com o melhor de mim para o melhor de ti, mudamos o Mundo!! Sempre senti que, um dia, ia mudar o mundo e fazer dele um lugar mais feliz! Acredito que foi por causa desta minha convicção – que mora em mim desde que me conheço – que segui o Ensino e tornei-me professora. Foi o caminho, na altura, que encontrei para começar a dar forma àquela missão que nasceu comigo. E, durante anos, lá fiz acontecer esta esta minha escolha, tentando, dentro de cada sala de aula, fazer as perguntas, mostrando os caminhos para as respostas, com aquele acreditar que estava a fazer a minha parte para mudar o mundo. Sentia-me bem! Mas não me sentia completamente realizada. Em mim, continuava a morar aquela sensação que ainda não estava a dar o meu contributo para fazer do mundo um lugar mais feliz. Que o ensino, afinal, tinha sido o primeio degrau de uma escada, cujo destino só descobriria se arriscasse outros passos. Encontrei o Fado. Essa foma tão especial de se ser e de se fazer entender! As palavras, a força dos sentimentos, esse estado de alma cantado, poderia ajudar-me a fazer a tal diferença que procurava. Fi-lo com gosto, com alma sentida, mas ainda não era o lugar onde queria estar. Continuei a minha busca, e descobri a escrita, as palavras animadas para crianças. Lancei livros de poesia para os mais pequenos, com rimas divertidas e desenhos de fazer sonhar. Mas, de novo, senti que faltava mais. Já tinha subido alguns degraus da minha escada. Mas não era ainda tempo de me sentar. Precisava de escalar mais, de ver além, de abrir e conhecer outros horizontes. Mas como? Para Onde? E quando me questionei, parei. Parei para olhar em volta e dei conta que, afinal, em toda a minha jornada, não tinha ainda olhado para mim, para dentro de mim, nunca tinha dado a oportunidade de me sentir. Com as perguntas certas, percebi, afinal, o que verdadeiramente significavam os meus talentos, as minhas paixões, a poesia, o canto, a comunicação, a criatividade. Descobri-me. Redescobri-me. E tudo porque me questionei. Porque ousei perguntar, sem filtros, com as perguntas certas e poderosas. E não parei mais. A minha vida mudou naquele instante. Certifiquei-me em Coach. Criei diversos materiais e permiti-me conhecer, todos os dias. Depois conheci “O Corpo Explica” E descobri que quando nos conhecemos verdadeiramente, nasce um novo presente e a perspetiva de um futuro totalmente diferente. O autoconhecimento foi, para mim, a peça chave da minha procura, o que permitiu juntar todos os meus talentos e paixões e perceber o que com eles poderia fazer para mudar o mundo.
